Ever since I was just a we lad I have enjoyed the smooth refreshing taste of an ice cold Diet Pepsi. The first Diet Pepsi I ever consumed must have been around the age of 8 or 9 years old. Soon the addiction was all-consuming and too powerful for me control.
Instead of trying to fight the persuasion of this delicious thirst quenching beverage, I embraced it. Diet Pepsi is a cultural staple that cannot be denied. Without Diet Pepsi firmly rooted in my family heritage I cannot say for certain that I would be the man I am today. Throughout my elementary years, following me through high school and college, Diet Pepsi has been there right next to me. In a way, rooting for me to succeed. Telling me that everything is going to be ok and even if it isn't, we'll still be together.
So this is for you Diet Pepsi! Thank you!!
